Can I manage funds from investors?

Article summary

How can I attract investor capital?

Once a DARWIN has qualified for DarwinIA GOLD, Darwinex will publish the DARWIN associated to your signal account in the Darwinex-Classic platform, at which point the DARWIN is open to investors.

If you reach this point, you will receiving 15% performance fee on the return achieved from the funds invested by third-party investor clients in addition to any capital allocation from DarwinIA SILVER or GOLD.

It is necessary to reach DarwinIA GOLD eligibility requirements in order for the DARWIN associated to your signal account to be opened to investors. If the DARWIN no longer meets the criteria to participate in GOLD, the DARWIN will still be open to receive capital allocation from investors and open at Darwinex-Classic.

If you believe the DARWIN associated to your signal account merits opening to investors before participating in DarwinIA GOLD, get in contact with us a info@darwinexzero.com and we will evaluate your case.

Note: The DARWIN should meet very specific conditions for being approved. This is not a standard approving request.

How to check investor information?

As soon as the DARWIN is published on Darwinex-Classic and the first investor invests in your DARWIN, you will be able to check all the information about every investor in the same section as the DarwinIA allocations: Payments->Allocations. You'll be able to see individual investments and high-water mark quarter ends for every investor in your DARWIN, updated daily.

The performance fee scheme is similar to the allocation received from DarwinIA, you will receive a 15% performance fee based on the profit achieved by each investor, calculated on a quarterly basis.

Selling before a quarter end

In the case of an investor selling the DARWIN before the quarter end, the performance fee would be retained until the end of the quarter to be finally calculated and payed at the end of the quarter.
