How to change/reset your password

Darwinex Zero password

If you want to modify your Darwinex Zero account password, you can easily do it by accessing your account Settings->Account and clicking on "Change password":

If, on the contrary, you do NOT remember your account password and, as a consequence, you cannot login on your account, you can request to reset your password here:

The system will then ask you to introduce your email address to send you an email with a link to reset your password.

MetaTrader account password

In order to change your MetaTrader account password, please follow the following steps:

• Open your MT4/MT5 platform
• Click "Tools"
• Click "Options"
• On the "Server "tab, click "Change"
• Type your current master password
• Click "Change master password"
• Type the new master password & confirm

Change MT4/MT5 investor (read-only) password
You can modify the investor password as well by selecting "Investor password" as follows:

Lost/forgot your master password?

At this moment, master passwords cannot be reset from the terminal.

Please send us an email to info@darwinexzero.com from the email address associated with your Darwinex Zero account mentioning your MetaTrader account login so we can reset your password for such account.
