Darwinex Zero Refund Policy

Thanks for subscribing to Darwinex Zero. Occasionally, we understand that clients may not be satisfied with our service or it may not fulfil their needs.

In these circumstances, we encourage clients to contact us to discuss their concerns. If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund - subject to the conditions below - by emailing us at info@darwinexzero.com. Please use the email address associated with your Darwinex Zero account and provide your Darwinex Zero Username and Metatrader account number.

1. REFUND IN EVENT OF NON-USE OF VIRTUAL ACCOUNT AFTER INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION

1.1 Darwinex Zero consists of digital content whereby upon subscription to Darwinex Zero we give you access to a virtual trading account made available via our platform.

1.2 If you have subscribed to Darwinex Zero you may cancel your account and request a refund provided that:

1.2.1 you have not placed any trades in your virtual trading account and

1.2.2 a cancellation request email has been received by Darwinex Zero within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription.

1.3 We reserve the legal right to not consider refunds after the 14 calendar day grace period.

1.4 All refunds will be refunded to the payment method you used when you subscribed to Darwinex Zero. We will action a refund within 7 business days of a refund being agreed. How long a refund takes to appear back on your account will depend on the policy of the payment method used.

2.REFUND IN EVENT OF LATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

2.1 Darwinex Zero collects subscription payments at the start of each billing period, meaning that all cancellation requests need to be received before the start of the subsequent billing period

2.2 Should you have inadvertently failed to request cancellation before the start of a new billing period, and have been charged for such subsequent billing period, you may cancel your account and request a refund in the the 3 calendar days immediately following the start of the new billing period provided that:

2.2.1 you have not placed any trades in your virtual trading account during the billing period for which you wish to cancel your subscription and

2.2.2 you have no open positions in your virtual trading account at the start of the new billing period

2.3 Independently of whether the virtual trading account has been operated or holds open positions during the new billing period, refund requests will not be considered where the receipt of cancellation request falls more than 3 calendar days after a payment has been charged pertaining to an already charged payment

2.4 All refunds will be refunded to the payment method used to complete the payment subject to refund request. We will action a refund within 7 business days of a refund being agreed. How long a refund takes to appear back on your account will depend on the policy of the payment method used.
